The multi-use kitchen appliances we wish existed

The Quesadilla Griller/Salsa Injector
A combination gadget that allowed for a quesadilla to be melted and then the salsa to be inserted into a pre-folded tortilla at the end of cooking. As it is now, the quesadilla must be dipped or torn asunder while adding salsa.
The Cheese Grater/Washing Machine
Cheese graters are cheap for a reason -- you're always in search for a new and better model, often because of how frustrating it is to clean the one you currently have. Cheese graters invariably destroy your sponge or fingers. A self-cleaning model would be priceless.
A Chocolate Syrup Releaser/Stirrer
Once you start drinking skim milk, it's hard to find the proper balance when mixing in chocolate syrup. If the same mechanism that helped turn the milk into chocolate milk also allowed you to add more while stirring, you could avoid the extremes that can ruin a perfectly cold glass of milk.
A Bacon Spatula
This would add a bit of fat and flavor to dishes as well as provide something for you to nibble on while cooking. In addition, this might be the one kitchen utensil that could provide a man with street cred.
