Armed criminal action gets Shauntay Henderson -- once one of America's Most Wanted -- a three-year sentence. Jackson County Judge Robert Schieber handed down the sentence today. Henderson also gets a 10-year suspended sentence and five-years probation for voluntary manslaughter. Wow, 3 years for whacking somebody? Boy-band-reject-steamboat-killa is going to walk scott free. Hell, at this pace, he may even get an apology from the authorities for arresting him.
