The Twitter trial of Phill Kline

About a half hour ago, Phill Kline finally left the stand after testifying all day. Now, Morrison's mistress, Linda Carter, has emerged from seclusion to take the stand.
So far it sounds like defense attorneys for Wichita abortion doctor George Tiller want a copy of Kline's diary. Oh my dear diary God.
Kline sounds like Alberto Gonzales. "Kline answers 'I do not recall' 10 times in the first 2 minutes of testimony," Sylvester Tweeted earlier this morning.
Here are some more highlights from Sylvester's Twitter:
Kline's notes said Justice Carol Beier had "a lack of knowledge of the law" regarding his investigation. Kline: "Paul Morrison is not my
political enemy. He defeated me in an election. It happens once every 4
to 8 years in this country."
Kline: Linda Carter participated in the discussions of the firings.
There was "evidence of a conspiracy between Planned Parenthood and Dr. Tiller," Kline said.
When asked by a Shawnee County
judge if he had copies of Tiller's files, Kline said he had 3, when he
actually had more than 60.
Kline: "I was factually incorrect" in answering the judge.
[Tiller attorney Dan] Monnat has documents detailing various plans by Kline's office to get patient records which included names.
"Those aren't the plans we executed," Kline said.
Linda Carter has taken the stand for the final 35 minutes of the day.
Damn. Good stuff. But Sylvester hasn't Tweeted for 22 minutes. Hurry up, man! -- Justin Kendall
