Killa City: Police ID man killed at 10th and Grand

Smith was lying in the middle of the street when he was run over by a woman. Surveillance video reviewed by police showed Smith being beaten by a man and fell in the street before he was struck by the car. The suspect fled the scene with another man. Smith was taken to an area hospital where he died.
The police don't have any suspects and want tipsters to call 816-474-8477.
