Saw this big display outside a house on 63rd Terrace and Roe on the Kansas side of the state line. I'm guessing this was a time-consuming project for the message involved and considering most of your audience is driving by at 40 miles an hour.

So, yeah, take that, America. What would you have done if Hitler had escaped? I can only wonder what parallels he's trying to draw to today's politicians. The message is just so damn vague.

Umm ..Yeah. Has this guy ever been to a foriegn country? Maybe one like in the middle east. How about Mexico (no offense toward our neighbors.)? Here in the USA we have certain unalienable rights, but that is not so in other countries. Prison sucks in the US where we have guarenteed rights. Do you honestly think that a country that looks the other way toward beheadings is really going to care if they drowned you? Wake up man. Go smoke your doobie on the west coast, and leave Kansas to the sane. The Geneva Convention rules don't apply if they have actively tried to kill you.

The US shouldn't give a crap what foreign countries do, unless those countries are (like the USA) signatories of the Geneva Convention on the treatment of prisoners of war. Just because Saudi Arabia tortures doesn't mean the US should. BTW, the Geneva Convention does apply to people trying to actively kill you... do you think that in Korea or WWII they were trying to square dance?

Just because our guys didn't blow his head off in battle (which is legal under war conditions) doesn't mean he actually "surrendered" willingly. -------- Parallel this with self defense and protection of personal property argument granted to US citizens. ----- If he has participated in kidnapping and beheading your wife, yeah... you can beat the crap out of him to find out where her body is. ---- Or we could give him a nice bed in a Federal Penitentury, and expect him to talk of his own free will. The Federal Pen is probably better than his own home in the foriegn country. If the guy has particpated in any way in the killing of a US citizen, yes we should be able to use persuasive means to say, "Don't do that again."
