Youth Entrepreneurs of Kansas, a public not-for-profit organization that focuses on teaching at-risk youth business skills. They told us that this was an
Apprentice-like competition that they'd only had a few hours to prep for. If you're near Crown Center and need a snack, check them out. They even offer drive-thru service.
