Impostor Kris Kobach joins Twitter, gives self away with lack of immigration posts

Of all the people to pretend to be, someone is claiming to be Kansas Secretary of State candidate Kris Kobach on Twitter. The Kansas Meadowlark exposed the impostor Kobach Wednesday morning. Well, not really.

The fake Kobach makes it clear that the account doesn't belong to the real deal with a disclaimer writing "I am not the REAL Kris Kobach" and claiming to be from "Batshit Crazy, Kansas," which actually returns a couple of addresses (two in KC and one in Wichita). The bio also says, "I am running for Kansas of Sec. of State to BATTLE THE FORCES OF EVIL!!!!!111 Liberals, facts, and ACORN be damned!"

Of course the first tell was a shocking lack of posts about immigration.

Fake Kobach has a mere 11 followers and has Tweeted twice since yesterday:

I called Kobach to get his thoughts, but he didn't immediately return the call.
