Hearing Tuesday for man accused of killing Internet porn model Zoey Zane

​Israel Mireles is charged with raping, sodomizing and killing Emily Sander, an 18-year-old Kansas college student who was also known as Internet porn model Zoey Zane.

Mireles is scheduled to go on trial February 8, but his defense attorney has reportedly filed a motion to get the charges dismissed, and a Kansas judge is slated to hear oral arguments today.

At an August preliminary hearing, Sander's friends testified that they saw Sander and Mireles kissing and later leaving a bar together. One witness testified that she was hanging out with Sander and Mireles but left early because Mireles tried to coax her back to his motel room.
