In journalism, beginning a story with a reference to the season is clichéd. But if you're a rapper named Stik Figa and you're spilling reports of everyday life in the barren midwest, setting it to sublime verse over a zephyrlike D/Will beat, you can talk about the weather all you damn well want.

Rain
Hail
Sleet
Snow
But with the sun still shinin' it doesn't seem as cold.
Raindrops keep fallin' on Stik's head.
